Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:
Las modificaciones del contrato (104/mod/ser/23) planteadas por el técnico responsable de Suma. Gestión Tributaria, por razones de interés general, responden al concepto de
trabajos no previstos en el PCAP y en el PPT que rigen este contrato y que tienen encaje legal en el art. 203.2.b), en relación con el art. 205 LCSP, cumpliéndose con los
requisitos establecidos en sus apdos. 1º y 2º, puesto que la modificación deriva de circunstancias sobrevenidas, que esta Administración no ha podido prever, la realización de
trabajos necesarios dentro del mantenimiento de la climatización de las Oficinas Centrales, para cumplir con las exigencias de la certificación ISO 14001:2015, de gestión medio
ambiental.
