      La tramitación de este expediente no se ha podido iniciar antes dado que el Presupuesto Municipal para el 2023 no ha entrado en vigor hasta el pasado 22 de Septiembre de 2023, y en el anterior Presupuesto Municipal aprobado del 2020, prorrogado para el 2022, no había consignación presupuestaria para cubrir el presente contrato, a la fecha en la que la actual adjudicataria de la póliza comunicó al Ayuntamiento su derecho a no ejercer la prórroga ordinaria del contrato.
