         El servicio a prestar tendrá como objetivo primordial realizar los servicios de limpieza del edificio, así como de su mobiliario, cristales, etc., de que dispone. Para ello, el adjudicatario efectuará los trabajos de limpieza, higiene y aseo necesarios de forma que se garantice el normal funcionamiento de las distintas dependencias e instalaciones y sea posible el normal desarrollo de las actividades propias del Instituto IMDEA Materiales. El servicio incluirá el limpiado y desinfección de todas las superficies del edificio, mobiliario, cristales, zonas anexas incluso aceras, accesos, rampas, patios, zobas cubiertas exteriores, cubiertas transitables, etc., recogida selectiva de residuos, y en general garantizará el correcto estado de limpieza y desinfección de la sede de la Fundación IMDEA Materiales.

         La prestación tendrá como objetivo primordial realizar los servicios de limpieza del edificio, así como de su mobiliario, cristales, etc., de que dispone. Para ello, el adjudicatario deberá efectuar los trabajos de limpieza, higiene y aseo necesarios, de forma que se garantice el normal funcionamiento de las distintas dependencias e instalaciones y sea posible el normal desarrollo de las actividades propias del Instituto IMDEA Materiales, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento y optimización de los sistemas y recursos que lo componen. El servicio incluirá el limpiado y desinfección de todas las superficies del edificio, mobiliario, cristales, zonas anexas al edificio que comprenden aceras perimetrales, zonas de acceso, rampas, patios interiores, zonas cubiertas exteriores, cubiertas transitables, etc., recogida selectiva de residuos, y en general garantizará el correcto estado de limpieza y desinfección de las instalaciones de la sede de la Fundación IMDEA Materiales.
