Existencia de razones de interés público para no interrumpir la prestación dadas las condiciones de salubridad que han de reunir los centros públicos de educación, al ser dependencias de concurrencia pública de menores, en las que se ha de extremar las medidas de higiene y desinfección; y no contando esta Corporación con personal de plantilla suficiente para la ejecución de estas prestaciones que requieren su licitación pública de manera preceptiva.
