VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

El importe de adjudicación fue de 209.468,00 € (IVA excluido), y el importe propuesto para la redacción del proyecto modificado asciende a 26.200,00 €, por lo que la modificación del contrato supone un ratio de un 12,50 %, valor inferior al 20 % indicado en el artículo 204.1 LCSP.

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Conforme a lo establecido en el apartado 28 del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares del contrato de servicio, la modificación propuesta corresponde a razones de interés público y en la forma prevista en los artículos 203 a 207 de la LCSP. La modificación propuesta no afecta a las condiciones esenciales del contrato, dado que no se modifican sustancialmente los servicios que el contratista debe prestar. Tras analizarse los supuestos previstos en la legislación vigente como causa de modificación del contrato, se considera que en este caso es de aplicación el artículo 204 de la LCSP al ser una modificación prevista en el Anexo X del PCAP.
