      Por estar incluido el proyecto en el Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 50 del Real Decreto-ley 36/2020, de 30 de diciembre, por el que se aprueban medidas urgentes para la modernización de la Administración Pública y para la ejecución del citado Plan, procede la tramitación urgente del expediente.La Resolución de la secretaria de Estado de Comercio por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2023, de la línea de ayudas citada, de 10 de marzo de 2023, establece en su resuelvo Decimotercero que: “En los proyectos que se presenten a esta convocatoria podrán financiarse gastos devengados y pagados entre el 1 de enero de 2023 hasta el 30 de junio de 2024. La realización del proyecto presentado para su financiación deberá estar finalizado en dicha fecha.Se infiere que resulta necesario al interés público declarar urgente la tramitación para cumplir con el plazo señalado.
