         Para la prestación del servicio de desinfección, desinsectación y desratización las empresas deberán estar inscritas en el Registro Oficial de Establecimientos y Servicios Biocidas de su Comunidad de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 26 y 27 del Real Decreto 1054/2002, de 11 de octubre, por el que se regula el proceso de evaluación para el registro, autorización y comercialización de biocidas

         El personal que preste este servicio deberá poseer la capacitación para realizar tratamientos con productos biocidas, de acuerdo con el Real Decreto 830/2010, de 25 de junio, por el que se establece la normativa reguladora de la capacitación para realizar tratamientos con biocidas.

         En caso de subcontratación de este servicio por la empresa adjudicataria del contrato, ésta deberá presentar esta documentación respecto de la empresa subcontratista.
