Este programa está formado por dos proyectos, que conforman un lote cada uno de ellos y que tratan de responder a la necesidad de complementar la intervención social familiar que se desarrolla en los centros sociales introduciendo una perspectiva multiprofesional y actividades grupales en el tiempo no escolar de los menores de manera periódica. Se pretende establecer una continuidad en la intervención con menores y familias durante todo el curso escolar que culmina con actividades durante el periodo no lectivo y las vacaciones de verano con el fin de crear una cohesión en los grupos por edades que han trabajado juntos durante todo el año. Todo ello en coordinación con las familias y en un entorno de confianza con apoyo profesional en el que pueden abordar aquellas temáticas que preocupan en la dinámica familiar.

Consideraciones de tipo social. Descripción: La empresa adjudicataria deberá elaborar un informe de impacto de género en relación con la ejecución del contrato, con indicadores y datos desagregados por sexo de las personas beneficiarias o usuarias del contrato, así como de la plantilla que ejecutará el mismo, detallando el contenido de las medidas de igualdad aplicadas

Sometimiento del contratista a la normativa de protección de datos. Descripción: La obligación del contratista de someterse a la normativa nacional y de la Unión Europea en materia de protección de datos

Favorecer la formación en el lugar de trabajo. Descripción: La empresa adjudicataria organizará una acción de formación profesional de duración mínima de 12 horas anuales que mejoren la ocupación y la adaptabilidad de las personas adscritas a la ejecución del contrato, con especificación del contenido formativo y de los asistentes, así como el lugar y la fecha de celebración de estos

Eliminar desigualdades entre el hombre y la mujer. Descripción: La empresa adjudicataria presentará una declaración de existencia de un protocolo de prevención y actuación en el ámbito de desarrollo del contrato
