         Este contrato tiene por objeto la adquisición de infraestructura que permita el despliegue de una ampliación de la red de acceso de radio integrada 5G/WiFi/6G del laboratorio 5TONIC, que actualmente está limitada a ciertas áreas de la Fundación en Leganés y a varias zonas del campus de la Universidad Carlos III (UC3M) en Leganés, que también forma parte de 5TONIC.

         La adquisición de infraestructura se realiza bajo el Proyecto ADVANCE_6G: Infraestructura científica de computación y Comunicaciones para Experimentación Avanzada en Redes 6G, en el marco del Programa de Universalización de Infraestructuras Digitales para la Cohesión – ÚNICO I+D 6G convocatoria 2022 del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, conforme a la orden ETD/805/2002, de 15 de julio, financiado por la Unión Europea – NEXT GENERATION EU – a través de la Secretaría de Estado de Telecomunicaciones e Infraestructuras Digitales (TSI-064100-2022-010).

         El adjudicatario está obligado a proporcionar toda la información necesaria para cumplir con la obligación de reporte establecida en el artículo 8.1 de la Orden HFP/1030/2021, de 29 de septiembre, por la que se configura el sistema de gestión del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, a la que se refiere el artículo 7.2 de la Orden ETD/805/2022, de 15 de julio.
