Que por razón de interés público, debido a las necesidades imprevistas derivadas de la puesta en funcionamiento de dos nuevas piscinas de verano en el Centro Deportivo de Moratalaz, entregadas por la Dirección General de Patrimonio el pasado mes de junio de 2023, es necesaria una modificación del contrato, debido a un notable incremento en el consumo de productos químicos necesarios para el tratamiento del agua de estas piscinas.
