         El departamento proponente del Acuerdo Marco considera necesaria la tramitación y formalización del correspondiente expediente, de conformidad con la LCSP, con el fin de garantizar el repostaje de la flota de vehículos de ESMASA que son propulsados mediante Gas Natural Comprimido (GNC de aquí en adelante). Se prevé la próxima finalización del valor del contrato precedente AM059-2023C, con mismo objeto, debido a un aumento del precio del combustible en meses pasados. Prevalecerá el criterio de cercanía desde las instalaciones del contratista al aparcamiento de vehículos de ESMASA, situado en la Calle Parque Ferial (Alcorcón), con el fin de favorecer el ahorro económico, medioambiental y operacional de la Entidad.A estos efectos, este Acuerdo Marco permitirá disponer de instalaciones donde repostar GNC, con las que afrontar las necesidades previstas en el cuadro "Objeto del Acuerdo Marco" mediante el establecimiento de precios unitarios, valor máximo estimado del contrato y por tracto sucesivo.
