Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Motivos ajenos a la empresa como son la pandemia o la guerra en Ucrania que le han ocasionando problemas al fabricante Signify Iberia S.L.U. (comercialmente Philips) en los sistema de producción de determinados componentes electrónicos, grandes retrasos no previstos en un inicio, ni por los fabricantes ni por los demandantes, tanto por la falta de materias primas como por la imposibilidad de su distribución. Se incide también, en que algunos productos específicos a suministrar determinados en el estudio técnico de la oferta, los plazos de entrega se han ampliado hasta más de cuatro veces sus valores habituales, y, aun así, existen determinados materiales en los que su plazo están siendo aún mayores.
