VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Debido la actualización de producto OpenText v8.5, utilizado por la Plataforma de Portales del Ayuntamiento de Madrid, a su versión más actual, v16.7, lo que implica un cambio completo de la infraestructura tecnológica que afecta a la Prestación 1 - Servicio gestionado, integral y extremo a extremo y la Prestación 2 – Servicio de mantenimiento.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

A comienzos del año 2023 se produce una situación excepcional e imprevista en el contrato, consistente en que el fabricante del producto OpenText v8.5, utilizado por la Plataforma de Portales del Ayuntamiento de Madrid ha indicado su intención de finalizar el soporte de esta versión a la terminación del contrato inicial prevista para el 15 de noviembre de 2024.Esta situación que plantea el fabricante es una situación excepcional, que puede provocar que la plataforma de portales del Ayuntamiento de Madrid deje de funcionar al finalizar el contrato (15 de noviembre de 2024). Esto podría provocar que el Ayuntamiento de Madrid deje de tener presencia en Internet a través de su portal www.madrid.es y el resto de portales que gestiona: Sede del Ayuntamiento de Madrid (https://sede.madrid.es/), el Boletín del Ayuntamiento de Madrid (http://madrid.es/boam), Portal del Contribuyente (https://agenciatributaria.madrid.es/), el portal de Datos Abiertos (https://datos.madrid.es/), etc.
