         Existen otras obras (privativas) pertenecientes a concesiones con fines comerciales que se ejecutan de forma que no tienen el control directo de Aena. El impacto de éstas obras (privativas) sobre las instalaciones, sobre la actividad del resto de obras y sobre la propia actividad operativa del aeropuerto crean la necesidad de hacer una coordinación a nivel autoprotección y de instalaciones. Es por ello que se requiere dar cobertura a esta necesidad.
