Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

La presente modificación, está motivada por lo siguiente: en el año 2023 se ha producido un incremento de más del 6% de las asistencias directas en el Centro Asistencial de FREMAP en Mataró con respecto al año 2022. Unido a ello, se ha producido un aumento de la gravedad de los expedientes, lo cual ha motivado un incremento en el traslado de pacientes que no pueden utilizar transporte público para los desplazamientos al Centro Asistencial y que requieren por lo tanto de la prestación del servicio mediante otros medios.Todo ello está teniendo como consecuencia un consumo del presupuesto del contrato superior al previsto. Así, y con la consideración de que se sigan necesitando desplazamientos superiores a los previstos, se hace necesaria una modificación del contrato en un 20% de su importe de adjudicación, lo que se traduce en 5.974,84 euros (impuesto/s indirectos/s no incluido/s).El importe del modificado se ha calculado teniendo en cuenta los precios de la oferta económica y considerando que se precisarán aproximadamente, de manera adicional: ver tabla adjunta.
