El Instituto Aragonés de la Mujer ofrece formación, orientación para el empleo y autoempleo a las mujeres aragonesas, así como asesoramiento en la elaboración de planes de igualdad a las empresas establecidas en Aragón bien presencialmente en sus sedes de Huesca, Teruel y Zaragoza o bien a través de teléfono, correo electrónico y videoconferencia.

Eliminar desigualdades entre el hombre y la mujer. Descripción: En toda la documentación que se genere durante la ejecución del contrato, la adjudicataria deberá utilizar un lenguaje no sexista así como emplear una imagen con valores de igualdad entre mujeres y hombres, roles de género no estereotipados y corresponsabilidad

Promover el empleo de personas con dificultades particulares de inserción en el mercado laboral. Descripción: El 25% de las nuevas contrataciones, bajas y sustituciones durante la ejecución del contrato se destinarán a personas menores de 30 años, con discapacidad o riesgo de exclusión social, desempleadas de larga duración de más de 45 años o víctimas de violencia de género, siempre que tengan el perfil adecuado al contrato

Consideraciones de tipo social. Descripción: Igualdad de género: Como mínimo 2 de las 3 personas del equipo deberán ser mujeres Una de las personas del equipo ha debido elaborar al menos 3 planes de igualdad, justificadocon certificado de la empresa destinataria del mismo durante los años 2021,2022 y 2023
