         El contrato consiste en la realización de una auditoría financiera de los ejercicios económicos 2023 y 2024 para la Universidad de Barcelona y las entidades que forman el Grupo UB, así como la elaboración de los estados financieros consolidados de la Universidad de Barcelona y entidades dependientes a 31 de diciembre de cada ejercicio, y la auditoría de los proyectos que requieran de un informe de auditoría de los mismos auditores que auditen las cuentas anuales, así como el seguimiento y respuesta de los requerimientos que puedan llegar con posterioridad a su finalización de la auditoría y sea necesaria su intervención.

         Adicionalmente se tendrá que realizar una revisión limitada del Consorcio del Observatorio de Derecho Público IDP Barcelona, ​​dependiente de la Universitat de Barcelona
