VII.2.1)Description of the modifications

Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La disfunción inusual y prolongada de la cadena global de suministro en áreas específicas ha ocasionado un retraso en la entrega de las luminarias imprescindibles para la ejecución de los servicios establecidos en el Contrato. Esta compleja coyuntura ha generado una situación de incapacidad para cumplir con el plazo previamente comprometido por parte del contratista adjudicado, quien se ve imposibilitado de satisfacer las obligaciones contractuales en los términos acordados. Además, las quejas realizadas por los vecinos, debido al ruido generado en la ejecución de la instalación, supusieron la paralización momentánea de los trabajos en el Centro de Salud de Bombero Etxaniz, teniendo que ejecutar los trabajos durante el día. Debido a la afluencia constante de pacientes y al estar ciertas estancias ocupadas, y con el objetivo de minimizar las afecciones derivadas de la instalación sobre el servicio, el tiempo de ejecución se ha visto aumentado.
