Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Que durante la vigencia del contrato, el número de peticiones de este suministro por parte de las empresas mutualistas se ha visto incrementado de forma imprevisible, superándose ampliamente las estimaciones inicialmente calculadas y resultando el presupuesto del contrato, en consecuencia, insuficiente. Que teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, se hace necesario modificar el contrato dotándolo del presupuesto suficiente para atender la demanda de botiquines y reposiciones por parte de las empresas asociadas a FRATERNIDAD-MUPRESPA.
