VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

A la vista del incremento de la carga de trabajo existente en el área de Registro General del Ayuntamiento, se hace necesaria la instalación de un nuevo equipo multifunción de mayor capacidad que el existente. Actualmente, existe un equipo del Tipo 1 y se recomienda la instalación de un equipo Tipo 2. Por lo que se pasaría de 6 Equipos de Tipo 2 a 7 Equipos de Tipo 2, manteniendo el mismo precio unitario por unidad que resulta ser de 35,00 € precio base por mes, más un 21 % de IVA, supone un total de 42,35 € IVA incluido al mes. El coste de la modificación para el Tipo 2 será de 35,00 € el precio base por equipo al mes, más 7,35 € el importe del IVA, siendo un total por equipo de 42.35 € (IVA incluido) al mes. Conforme los plazos de vigencia del contrato, quedaría establecido el importe del modificado por las anualidades que restan. Consta acta de entrega de fecha 1 de junio de 2022, por lo que el equipo que se incorpora tendría su finalización el 31 de mayo de 2027. Ascendiendo el modificado del contrato a un total de 2.075,15 €, IVA incluido, que se desglosa en 1.715,00 € el precio base más 360,15 € el importe del IVA, cantidad para toda la duración del contrato, hasta el vencimiento de los cinco años establecidos en el contrato principal. Siendo por tanto el incremento total de la modificación de un 3,94 % para toda la duración del contrato, porcentaje que se obtiene de calcular de la total duración del contrato, 52.635,00 € (IVA incluido), y el incremento a aplicar 2.075,15 € IVA incluido.
