         El objeto del presente contrato consiste en prestar apoyo técnico a los Servicios Oficiales Veterinarios para la realización de los controles oficiales fundamentalmente en la inspección post mortem de los animales sacrificados en los mataderos de la Comunidad de Madrid.

         De conformidad con el objeto citado, se contrata el apoyo a los Servicios Veterinarios Oficiales en sus funciones de control sanitario de los mataderos a través de la figura de los Auxiliares Oficiales.
