         ( X ) 1. Volumen anual de negocios de la persona licitadora, que referido al mejor ejercicio dentro de los tres últimos

         disponibles en función de las fechas de constitución o de inicio de actividades de la persona licitadora y de presentación de

         ofertas por importe mínimo de:

         LOTE 1 : 103.500,00 €

         LOTE 2 : 75.000,00 €

         El volumen anual de negocios de la persona licitadora se acreditará por medio de sus cuentas anuales aprobadas y

         depositadas en el Registro Mercantil, si la persona licitadora estuviera inscrita en dicho registro, y en caso contrario por las

         depositadas en el registro oficial en que deba estar inscrita. Las personas licitadoras individuales no inscritas en el

         Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales

         legalizados por el Registro Mercantil.

         ( X 2. El patrimonio neto según el balance correspondiente al último ejercicio económico de las cuentas anuales aprobadas

         deberá superar el 20% del importe del contrato.

         oficial que corresponda, si está vencido el plazo de presentación y se encuentran depositadas; si no lo estuvieran, deben

         presentarlas acompañadas de la certificación de su aprobación por el órgano de administración competente. Las personas

         licitadoras individuales no inscritas en el Registro Mercantil deberán presentar sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales

         legalizados por el Registro Mercantil.

         ( X ) Relación de los principales suministros realizados de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del

         contrato, atendiendo a tal efecto al sistema establecido en le anexo I, indicando su importe, fechas y destinatario público o

         privado de los mismos, acompañada de los documentos acreditativos correspondientes. Los suministros efectuados se

         acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente, cuando la destinataria sea una compradora

         privada, mediante un certificado expedido por ésta o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración de la persona

         licitadora.

         El periodo para tener en consideración los suministros realizados será el de los tres últimos años, salvo que en el anexo I se

         establezca otro mayor, para garantizar un nivel adecuado de competencia y previa justificación en el expediente.

         Se exige que el importe anual acumulado sin incluir impuestos en el año de mayor ejecución sea igual o superior al 70 % de su

         anualidad media, en suministros de igual o similar naturaleza que los que constituyen el objeto del contrato.
