Este Rectorado, en el ejercicio de las competencias que le atribuye la Ley Orgánica 2/2023, de 22 de marzo, del Sistema Universitario, el Decreto Legislativo 1/2013 texto refundido de la Ley Andaluza de Universidades, el Estatuto de la Universidad de Sevilla, y la Ley 9/2017 de Contratos del Sector Público por el cual se rige este contrato.Resuelve Primero: Prorrogar el contrato de “Acuerdo Marco de suministro de material de automatización y control para los sistemas implementados en los edificios de la Universidad de Sevilla”, con la empresa JOHNSON CONTROLS ESPAÑA, S.L. con CIF: B79121612, hasta el 7 de octubre de 2024. Segundo: El resto de las condiciones permanecen inalterables.
