          Este lote implicará la realización de un Plan de Acción de Turismo Termal y su implementación a través de proyectos piloto que se ajusten a las particularidades de cada Villa Termal y generen ejemplos replicables al resto de Villas TermalesDe igual manera, el adjudicatario de este lote deberá proporcionar servicios de formación y sensibilización en la materia con el fin de romper con conceptos obsoletos y fomentar la renovación en todos los ámbitos, incluyendo políticos, técnicos, empresarios y turistas.
