Las personas licitadoras individuales no inscritas en el Registro Mercantil acreditarán su volumen anual de negocios mediante sus libros de inventarios y cuentas anuales legalizados por el Registro Mercantil.

         La acreditación podrá igualmente realizarse mediante un «certificado de importe neto de la cifra de negocios» expedido por la AEAT o con la aportación del resumen de la declaración del IVA presentada a Hacienda (modelo 390).

         Los servicios efectuados se acreditarán mediante certificados expedidos o visados por el órgano competente de los mismos cuando la destinataria sea una entidad del sector público; cuando la destinataria sea una compradora privada, mediante un certificado expedido por ésta o, a falta de este certificado, mediante una declaración de la persona licitadora.
