Sometimiento del contratista a la normativa de protección de datos. Descripción: Una vez que la ejecución del objeto del contrato conlleva la cesión de datos por parte de FRATERNIDAD-MUPRESPA al contratista, se establece, en virtud del artículo 202 de la LCSP, que dicho contratista asume con carácter de condición especial de ejecución la obligación de someterse a la normativa nacional y de la Unión Europea en materia de protección de datos

Consideraciones de tipo social. Descripción: Mantener la plantilla de trabajadores y trabajadoras adscritos a la ejecución del contrato sin que proceda suspensión o extinción de los contratos de trabajo de la plantilla salvo las suspensiones o extinciones consecuencia de la voluntad de la persona trabajadora, de despidos disciplinarios, disconformidad de FRATERNIDAD-MUPRESPA o modificación del contrato
