Redistribución del gasto entre las anualidades debido a un inicio de la ejecución del contrato posterior a la prevista en los pliegos, restando inalterables el precio total del contrato y el resto de cláusulas contractuales.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

La interposición de dos recursos especiales en materia de contratación contra los acuerdos de adjudicación del contrato de la Mesa del Parlamento de Cataluña, de 24.05.2022 y de 19.10.2022, respectivamente, han ocasionado un retraso en el inicio de la ejecución del contrato que afecta a la distribución del gasto entre las diferentes anualidades que era necesario resarcir.
