VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Se ha tramitado de forma conjunta la modificación y la prórroga del contrato para un plazo de 12 meses.Por ello el importe se desglosa en importe de modificación: 31.984,65 euros (IVA incluido, debido a la incorporación de nuevas aulas de 0-3 años en CEIP del Distrito de Ciudad Lineal.Lo que ha supuesto un incremento de 75 horas semanales de limpieza. La prórroga del contrato se ha aprobado por un plazo de 12 meses incorporando el incremento de horas derivado de la modificación.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Orden de la Dirección General de Educación Infantil, Primaria y Especial de la Comunidad de Madrid, de fecha 15 de febrero de 2023, para el curso 2023/2024, por la que se autorizan 3 nuevas unidades de 0,1 y 2 años con un total de 42 plazas en CEIPs adscritos al Distrito de Ciudad Lineal.El inicio de la modificación coincide con el inicio de la prórroga.
