VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Suministro y montaje de dos conjuntos de módulos prefabricados segundos planos de obra, destinados a contener unos vestuarios y una lavandería. Incluye toda la instalación de electricidad, agua, saneamiento y datos dentro de los módulos, así como los sanitarios y calentador de agua. Todo por un buen y correcto funcionamiento. El mobiliario de la avandería y las taquillas y bancos del vestuario irán a cargo de la Diputación de Barcelona. Alquiler de dos conjuntos de 3ut y 5ut de módulos prefabricados destinados a contener los vestuarios y la lavandería respectivamente, por los usuarios del Pabellón Norte. Módulos de 15m2, ensamblatge H2.5 Gama Origin o similar + 1 sanitario cumplido H2.50 Gama Origin o similar. Incluye alquiler de extintor pulso 6kg, Servicio asistencia de todo el material y equipaciones, instalación y desinstalación de 6 bombas de calor de 3000 frigorías. El

alquiler se realizará por un mínimo de 25 meses.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Se prevé que la obra se inicie en octubre, Desde la Subdirección de Edificación se ha redactado el proyecto de reforma del edificio y se tienen que realizar las obras que se niciarían en el cuarto trimestre del año 2023, una vez vaciada el bloque B del Pabellón Norte. Por este motivo y por no dejar sin unos servicios que son necesarios a los bloques A y C, y que continuarán en funcionamiento durante toda la obra, se hace necesario habilitar unos módulos prefabricados implantados cerca del Pabellón Norte y que permita alcanzar a los loques que se mantienen en activo.
