Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Necesidad de aumentar el número de Puntos de Atención al Cliente (PAC) disponibles, en función de la evolución previsible de la demanda de servicios de transporte que gestionan, con el objetivo de mejorar la calidad y la capilaridad del servicio de atención al cliente en todo el territorio mediante la instalación de 11 PAC adicionales correspondientes a operadores de servicio de autobús. Para hacer posible el suministro e instalación de este equipamiento T-mobCat adicional a los 54 PAC de operadores y Administraciones inicialmente previstos, es necesario realizar una modificación contractual, ampliando el alcance del contrato. En concreto, se establece como una de las causas previstas de modificación más necesidades de materiales y/o ajustes.
