         El artículo 7 del Real Decreto 2273/1985 establece que la creación de Centros Especiales de Empleo exigirá su calificación e inscripción en el Registro de Centros que la Administración Central o, en su caso, las Administraciones Autonómicas crearán dentro de su ámbito de competencias.
