Necesidad justificada por el pliego e informe de la abogacía del estado de 26 de septiembre de 2023, con ampliación de plazo de once meses, siendo la fecha final contractual la de 26 de febrero de 2025 e incremento presupuestario CINCUENTA Y SEIS MIL SETECIENTOS CATORCE EUROS CON TREINTA Y UN CÉNTIMOS (56.714,31 €) que representa un 16,04 % sobre el presupuesto de adjudicación, y un presupuesto líquido final estimado de CUATROCIENTOS DIEZ MIL DOSCIENTOS CUATRO EUROS CON TREINTA Y SIETE CÉNTIMOS (410.204,37 €), IVA excluido.
