      El servicio de limpieza tiene la consideración de necesidad recurrente. El servicio se está ejecutando a través de la prórroga del contrato 46-CG-100/2021, sin que quepan más prórrogas según los pliegos. De acuerdo con el artículo 29.4 LCSP para la continuidad del servicio solo cabe la publicación del anuncio de licitación del contrato proyectado 46-CG-048/2023 con anterioridad a la fecha 01/10/2023. Ante la imposibilidad de publicar el anuncio antes de dicha fecha, y no resultando previsible la formalización del mismo antes del 01/01/2024, se justifica la tramitación de urgencia del contrato 46-CG-129/2023, al amparo del artículo 119, como contrato transitorio que ha de permitir la continuidad del servicio.
