La modificación del contrato propuesta incluye una unidad nueva consistente en la confección del modelo de no autorización y preparación de ficheros para posteriormente notificar por el Organismo de cuenca en aquellos casos en los que las solicitudes de autorización recibidas se localicen fuera de la zona de policía de cauces, y en consecuencia, fuera de su ámbito competencial.
