         El objeto del presente contrato es la asistencia técnica para el Área de Contratación Pública: Gestión de Proyectos, Evolución y Mantenimiento del Portal de Contratación y otras aplicaciones relacionadas durante los años 2023-2026. Estos servicios comprenden:

         -Gestión de Programa y Productos, así como Gestión de Proyectos en el área de Patrimonio.

         -Soporte, Mantenimiento y Pequeño evolutivo del Portal de Contratación de Navarra.

         -Construcción progresiva de un nuevo producto de Licitación Electrónica.

         -Soporte, Mantenimiento, Periodo de Convivencia y Transición entre la versión actual de PLENA, y el nuevo producto.

         -Intervención en el Soporte y Evolución de otros productos.
