Aprobar la 3ª modificación y 2ª prórroga por un periodo de 3 meses, a contar desde el 1 de octubre de 2023 y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023, por un importe total, incluyendo inventario por incorporación de 5 nuevos aparatos elevadores.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Previsto en las cláusulas 3ª y 6ª del pliego de prescripciones técnicas y en las cláusulas 3ª y 12ª del pliego de condiciones económico, que rige el presente contrato, prevé que en este contrato podrá modificarse hasta un máximo del 20% del importe de licitación para atender las posibles incorporaciones al inventario de aparatos elevadores que figuran en el Anexo 2 del PCT, estando el adjudicatario obligado a su conservación y mantenimiento al mismo precio y en las mismas condiciones que el resto de aparatos del inventario.
