En el caso de constituirse mediante aval o seguro de caución, deberá realizarse conforme al modelo del anexo II del PCP y, siempre que sea posible, el aval o el seguro de caución deberá ser entregado en formato electrónico autenticado mediante firma electrónica reconocida del representante de la entidad avalista o aseguradora.
