Ayuntamietno de Logroño o ante el Tribunal Administrativo Central de Recursos contractuales (TACRC) recurso especial en materia de contratación el plazo de quince días hábiles conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 50 de la Ley de Contratos del Sector Público (Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, LCSP). Igualmente, podrá interponerse directamente recuso contencioso-administrivo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administraivo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de La Rioja en el Plazo de dos meses, contados desde el día siguiente al de esta misma publicación. Todo ello, conforme a lodispuesto en la cláusula 5º del Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares que rigen la presente licitación.
