         Todas y cada una de las características especificadas en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas se consideran condiciones mínimas obligatorias y esenciales sin que puedan ser objeto de modificación o variación alguna. Los requisitos mínimos que deberán cumplir los caramelos en relación a su calidad y composición son los siguientes:

         Los caramelos deberán cumplir las siguientes características técnicas:

         Caramelo de pectina - gelatina

         Ingredientes : Pulpa de fruta (al menos 4%), azúcar, jarabe de glucosa, agua, gelatina.

         Gelificante: Pectina.

         Acidulante: Ácido cítrico. Con los aromas y colorantes naturales permitidos de conformidad con lo establecido en el Real Decreto de 2001/1995, de 7 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba la lista positiva de aditivos colorantes autorizados para su uso en la elaboración de productos alimenticios, así como sus condiciones de utilización.

         100% libre de alérgenos. Sin ninguno de los 14 alérgenos recogidos en la directiva europea 1169/2011.

         Sin Gluten y sin Lactosa

         Sabores: Frutas variadas.
