         a) Criterio: Volumen anual de negocios referido al año de mayor volumen de negocio de los tres últimos concluidos.

         En caso de servicios profesionales, en lugar del criterio de volumen anual de negocio, la empresa licitadora, en caso de resultar adjudicataria, podrá acreditar la solvencia económico-financiera mediante un seguro de indemnización por riesgos profesionales. La acreditación de dicho requisito se efectuará por medio del certificado expedido por la aseguradora, en el que consten los importes y riesgos asegurados y la fecha de

         vencimiento del seguro que cubrirá la ejecución del contrato y será por importe no inferior al presupuesto de licitación del contrato. Deberá

         acompañarse además de un compromiso vinculante de prórroga o renovación del seguro.
