         El objeto del contrato es la prestación del servicio de comunicaciones móviles de conformidad con el Pliego técnico y fijar las condiciones para el servicio de comunicaciones móviles del Ayuntamiento de Sabadell, con el objetivo de dotar de mayores prestaciones de comunicaciones móviles a los usuarios del ayuntamiento, reducir los costes asociados a los servicios de comunicaciones móviles, garantizar la evolució tecnológica del servicio de comunicaciones móviles coherente con la evolución del mercado y la aparición de nuevas necesidades por parte del ayuntamiento y mejorar la operación de los servicios de comunicaciones móviles disponiendo de servicios de gestión eficientes y mecanismos que permitan controlar la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos.
