VII.2)Information about modifications
VII.2.1)Description of the modifications
Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Modificación para regularizar el inventario del equipamiento software bajo mantenimiento.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Esta modificación se fundamenta en el artículo 205.2.b) de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público, según el cual es posible realizar la modificación sustancial de este contrato sin necesidad de iniciar un nuevo procedimiento de contratación, por los motivos que se detallan a continuación:1. La modificación propuesta se limita a introducir las variaciones estrictamente indispensables para responder a la causa objetiva que la hace necesaria, por cuanto se propone la regularización de equipamiento, derivada del cambio de modalidad de soporte de equipamiento software por encontrarse en situación EOS.2. Durante la vigencia del contrato se producirá un cambio en la modalidad de soporte de determinado equipamiento software por encontrarse en situación EOS, circunstancia que no se pudo prever en la contratación inicial.3. No altera la naturaleza global del contrato, por cuanto no se modifica el objeto del contrato, ni las tecnologías a gestionar e infraestructura ni las actividades principales desglosadas en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas.4. La modificación del contrato supone una disminución de su cuantía del 15,82%, lo que no excede del 50 por ciento del precio inicial del mismo, IVA excluido, sin que se hayan acordado modificaciones previas al amparo de este artículo.
