Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

Atender durante el último trimestre 2023 un mayor volumen de reparaciones de los equipos, como consecuencia directa de su avanzado estado de uso y vida útil.

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification
Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Las cláusulas 12ª del pliego de condiciones económico-administrativas y la 5ª del pliego de condiciones técnicas establecen que rigen esta contratación establecen que, el contrato podrá modificarse con la introducción de precios nuevos del listado de unidades de Otras Actuaciones (OA) o/y un incremento máximo del 20% sobre el precio total del contrato en los siguientes supuestos: Para atender averías extraordinarias que superen las previsiones del OA (otras actuaciones); Para la actualización del inventario de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la cláusula 5ª del pliego de condiciones técnicas.
