El supuesto se encuadra legalmente en el artículo 195.2 LCSP, ya que la modificación, referida exclusivamente a la ampliación del plazo, no se ha producido por motivos imputables al contratista. Además, esta ampliación de plazo no sólo respeta la duración máxima tasada para los contratos de servicios -fijada en cinco años-, sino también la previsión del artículo 29.1 LCSP que fija los principios a los que debe acomodarse la duración de los contratos.
