La necesidad que se pretende satisfacer con el objeto del presente contratocual es principalmente la de facilitar el acceso a la cultura de los ciudadanos de Madrid,mediante el impulso y ampliación de la oferta cultural en el Distrito de Fuencarral- El Pardopara volver a posicionar al Teatro Madrid como un espacio de referencia en el ámbitocultural de la ciudad, mediante una programación relacionada con las artes escénicas,multidisciplinar estable y guiada por criterios de variedad y excelencia.
