         El contrato se dividirá en los siguientes lotes:

         - Lote 1: Telefonía

         - Lote 2: Transmisión de datos en sedes remotas y acceso a Internet

         Los licitadores podrán presentar ofertas individuales a un lote o a ambos lotes. Los licitadores que presenten ofertas individuales podrán presentar también una oferta integradora de los dos lotes.

         Por tanto, siempre que se presenten las correspondientes ofertas individuales, es posible presentar una (y sólo una por licitador) oferta integradora que incluya los lotes 1 y 2.

         Aquellos licitadores que presenten una oferta integradora deberán presentar, además, obligatoriamente, ofertas individuales a los dos lotes. Se excluirán aquellas ofertas integradas que no cumplan este punto.

         Cada licitador sólo puede presentar una oferta individual a un mismo lote, quedando excluidos los licitadores que presenten más de una oferta al mismo lote. Es decir, no se pueden presentar variantes o alternativas a una misma oferta.
