Modificación número 1 por causas no previstas en el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares, debido a la baja de los servicios de ciberseguridad consistentes en el análisis y gestión de eventos de seguridad tanto con origen interno como origen en internet y de las auditorías y producción de informes.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Modificación no prevista en el PCAP por circunstancias sobrevenidas, artículo 205.2, letra b) de la Ley 9/2017 de Contratos del Sector Público, por la que se transponen al ordenamiento jurídico español las Directivas del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, 2014/23/UE y 2014/24/UE, de 26 de febrero de 2014.Para dar una mejor protección a la información y los sistemas, en el Ayuntamiento de Madrid se ha decidido centralizar en un nuevo contrato gestionado a través de su Centro de Ciberseguridad de reciente creación, algunos de los aspectos de los citados servicios integrados de ciberseguridad, para atender y poder coordinar no sólo los aspectos de seguridad de las comunicaciones incluidos en el presente contrato, sino los aspectos de seguridad de otros elementos ajenos a las telecomunicaciones, y por tanto ajenos al vigente contrato de prórroga del lote 1.
