         El objetivo de este contrato es garantizar la cobertura fotográfica de las necesidades de la UOC, mediante la realización de sesiones fotográficas de los eventos institucionales de la UOC, las necesidades puntuales de fotografía vinculadas a actividades o espacios de la UOC y a la realización de fotografías del equipo humano de la UOC, siempre a demanda de cualquiera de las Áreas de gestión.

         Esta cobertura fotográfica debe al mismo tiempo garantizar unos altos estándares de calidad técnica y estética, para lo cual deberán presentar credenciales y trabajos realizados tal como se describe en los puntos 3.3 y 3.4 de este documento.

         Para hacer frente y dar respuesta a los retos que plantea la necesidad de fotografías para ilustrar las publicaciones de los diversos canales digitales y otras publicaciones en formato no digital, la UOC considera que deben asignarse estos trabajos a uno o varios proveedores con la suficiente capacitación técnica y de calidad para cubrir estas necesidades, que

         Los shootings (sesiones fotográficas) de eventos institucionales de la UOC son trabajos de cobertura fotográfica de diferentes eventos organizados por la UOC a lo largo del curso académico, sea en instalaciones propias o de terceros. En algunos casos pueden ser un servicio complementario al servicio de vídeo de estos mismos eventos. Son eventos de una duración bien acotada, determinada por la duración del acto.

          Los shootings (sesiones fotográficas) de notoriedad son trabajos fotográficos destinados a ilustrar fotográficamente un tema que no es un evento de la UOC ni una sesión específica para una campaña de marketing.

          El objetivo es ilustrar una temática propia de la UOC donde se reconozca la actividad y/o los espacios de la UOC, y se requiere para cubrir una necesidad solicitada para completar gráficamente una publicación de cualquiera de las Áreas de la UOC. Además, pueden ser fotografías ilustrativas de una actividad concreta de la UOC.

          Las sesiones de retrato son trabajos fotográficos que cubren la necesidad de recoger la imagen de personas individuales trabajadoras en la UOC o grupos de personas trabajadoras de la UOC, tanto equipo docente como equipo de gestión, siguiendo las directrices de Marca en cuanto a estilo.

          Estas sesiones pueden llevarse a cabo tanto en instalaciones propias de la UOC como en espacios de terceros o espacios públicos, en interior o en exterior.
