Implementación, puesta en marcha y posterior transferencia de información y formación de un sistema de información sobre infancia y adolescencia y un modelo predictivo de necesidades adaptado a dicho sistema. Este sistema de información constará de un conjunto de herramientas, técnicas y algoritmos que identificarán a los niños y niñas que puedan estar en riesgo de sufrir vulnerabilidad o abandono. El objetivo principal de este sistema será proporcionar información valiosa a los tomadores de decisiones para mejorar las políticas y programas que afecten a dichos niños y adolescentes.
