         El contratista deberá promover el reciclado de productos y el uso de envases reutilizables para el mantenimiento del medio ambiente y deberá facilitar la formación permanente del personal en el lugar de trabajo con, al menos, una acción formativa en el ámbito de la educación infantil o de la seguridad y la protección de la salud en el lugar de trabajo, por curso escolar.

         El contratista cumplirá con la legislación vigente en materia de protección de datos de carácter personal que resulte de aplicación. Esta obligación del futuro contratista tiene la consideración de condición especial de ejecución, en relación con lo previsto en el artículo 202 de la Ley 9/2017 (LCSP), y al mismo tiempo de requisito esencial (letra f del apartado 1).
